Shipping policy: Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal services within 5-7 business days.
Orders are always sent with a tracking number. Please double check your shipping address prior to completing your order.
Inform us and contact your local postal service for any shipping problems that occur with missing shipments.
Return & exchange policy: All sales are final.
As a small business owned and operated by a young person, Kicky's does not provide returns.

If an item is damaged or you need a different size, we can complete exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
